TV Time Out
According to this piece on SlateV, you can do an el cheapo ad campaign and actually get a few eyeballs on your cable TV advertising for $1300. I'm not sure what you would do with the crowd watching Glen Beck reruns at 3:00AM, but it's fun that you could actually do it.
