43k @ 42

I'm making the commitment to do the New River Marathon in Todd, NC this spring. I've ridden my bike on that course many times, so it is very familiar. There are some (steep!) hills, but it's mostly flat and peaceful.  

I'll be following the FIRST training plan that has worked well for me in the past. Since I haven't done a marathon in a couple of years, I'm going to keep the goal of finishing in under 4:00. I'm starting in on week 16 next week. It should be fun!
