Apparently, the FBI did know and warned about mortgage fraud in 2004. Why didn't we see the people involved in these crimes prosecuted? You better believe if I held up a 7-11 for $500, I'd be in jail. But if I rip off a mortgage lender for $500,000, I get away with it? I call BS on that.
